The granola to die for πŸ’›

Recently I've been feeling so done with the store-bought granola, so I decided to give a go with homemade granola. And now I'm addicted.

Homemade granola TO DIE FOR  πŸ―πŸ’•

  • 3dl oats
  • 1/2 dl melted butter (or vegetable oil, but I do like the flavor and golden crisp that the butter gives)
  • 1/2 dl honey
  • nuts, dried fruits and berries, seeds (go crazy with this part, add everything you love!)
  • cinnamon
Mix it all together and spread evenly on to a baking tray (with some baking paper of course). Bake in the oven at 150 Celsius for 10-20 minutes depending on your oven and whether you like your granola to be dark or light. After taking your granola from the oven, use a spoon (or whatever you want to use, as long as it's not your hands) to separate the granola a little bit, so it doesn't harden into a one big lump.

Enjoy with whatever you like! I prefer unflavored yogurt, because it truly brings out the wonderful flavors of the granola.

Make this within half an hour, safe money and avoid the unnecessary added sugars in the so called "healthy" granola from the stores. What more could you possibly want?

xoxo
